Turn AI from a buzzword into shipped results.
I help large teams actually adopt AI: hands-on workshops, real product pilots, and the systems to prove ROI, not another strategy deck that dies in a drawer.
From a full-day team workshop to an embedded AI transformation engagement. I've shipped AI products end to end and scaled software at Amazon, Eventbrite (IPO), and StreamYard. I speak both engineering and the boardroom, and I keep the tone buttoned-up and brand-safe.

What you get
Hands-on AI workshops
A full day, ~20 people, tailored to your team, tools, and real use cases.
AI product pilots
Pick a real use case and I help your team ship it, not theorize about it.
Transformation roadmap
Where AI actually moves your numbers, sequenced by ROI and feasibility.
Tone dialed for you
Buttoned-up and brand-safe. The edge is a dial, not a default.
At Amazon I built the localization pipelines that let products run across languages and markets. At Eventbrite I spent ~2 years as an R&D engineer, through its IPO. At StreamYard I joined as engineer #2, built the growth engineering team, and ran the experiments behind its $5M→$50M ARR run across 7 markets, until Hopin acquired it. The platform I co-founded, ZooTools, has driven 20M+ signups for the companies running on it, growth delivered to other teams, not just my own. Since then I've shipped 10+ AI products end to end, including SuperBuilder, my own Claude Code application. You get an engineer who ships production systems inside large orgs and an operator who knows what actually moves the business. Tone and brand are a dial, buttoned-up by default.
